Expenses are included (electricity, water, net, TV, cleaning) with the exception of bottled gas, which is shared by all (approximately 4 or 5€) monthly.

If your stay is longer than 3 months, we ask for a deposit (last month paid upon entry).

When booking, we ask as a guarantee an advance payment of 50% of the monthly rent to be deducted from the payment at the entrance.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have some rules for the entry of guests that come from the most affected geographical areas for security reasons and to control the spread of the virus.

We give a receipt and make a contract.
