The Anatolio House Your home on Terceira Island Casa do Anatolio is a villa located in the center of Angra do Heroísmo, with relaxing and comfortable rooms to rent by the month, with access to common areas. The villa has around 185 m2, with 2 complete bathrooms, living room with TV and box with many fiber channels, full kitchen, with quality and functional appliances, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The house is fully equipped, with washing machine and dryer, clotheslines, indoor and outdoor, American-style fridge (each guest has a shelf for the cold and a freezer just for themselves), stove with electric oven, coffee machine, utensils kitchen, etc. It has wifi on both floors. We provide quality bed linen, pillows and face towels and Turkish body towels, all white and in excellent condition, so you don't need to worry about bringing or buying to use during your stay in Angra do Heroísmo. We provide cleaning service to common areas (fortnightly) and it is already included in the rent price! We are located almost opposite a large international fast-food chain (1 minute away), secondary and primary schools, with restaurants, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. It is 1 minute from public transport.

Conditions Expenses are included (electricity, water, net, TV, cleaning) with the exception of bottled gas, which is shared by all (approximately 4 or 5€) monthly. ​ If your stay is longer than 3 months, we ask for a deposit (last month paid upon entry). ​ When booking, we ask as a guarantee an advance payment of 50% of the monthly rent to be deducted from the payment at the entrance. ​ Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have some rules for the entry of guests that come from the most affected geographical areas for security reasons and to control the spread of the virus. ​ We give a receipt and make a contract. ​ If you fit into our target audience, contact us to find out if we have a relaxing room for your dates! ​ ​ Photos common areas

We wanted to stand out from the existing offer in Terceira, designing a concept of the style of local accommodation, not for tourists, but for rent by the month. It is practically next to a well-known international fast-food chain, a few steps from the supermarket, secondary and primary schools, cafes, patisseries and restaurants, pharmacy, with the public transport and mini bus stop 1 or 2 minutes away .
